Vehicle Emergency Kits

Emergency kits are an important tool to reduce the effects of unplanned violent events. We all know that we should have a emergency plan and kit for home. We often forget that most of us are away from our homes and family for upwards of 40 hours every week. Kids are at school or daycare, you may be at work or even just on the road between home and elsewhere. Having a emergency kit will save lives and help save worry in the event of an emergency. Please take the time to prepare yourself and those you care for. We hope that you never have to use it but being prepared will save lives.

NW Harvest , Hunger Stops Here Challenge

Every year at this time food banks start gearing up for the winter and increased need.  Northwest Harvest collects and provides food and other necessities to food banks all across Washington State, but only with help from the community.  With manysocial programs being cut back or eliminated all together it is critical for us to come forward and help.  No one should go hungry , especially a child, and statistically 1 in 5 children experiences food insecurity in our state.

Turn Key Auto Service’s staff is committed to our community.  This month NW Harvest is running the Hunger Stops Here Challenge.  Donations through the month of October are being matched by larger donors.  This means every dollar donated will be doubled.  We are doing the same thing for our customers, have any service preformed at Turn Key Auto Service during the month of October, make a donation to NW Harvest, either when you pay your bill or on-line later and we will match it up to $100.00 per customer.   If you make the donation online at ,www.northwestharvest.org, then simply forward a copy of your receipt and we will match it.

Let’s work together for the common good!

$3000.00 max donation by Turn Key Auto Service.

Customer of the Month- March 2015

Gil and Wahneeta Ramirez

We are a Turn Key Auto Service Family!

Craig (front counter/desk), Pat, Marc and Lindsey (master mechanics) and Lori ( office manager) have been servicing our 1993 Volvo 960 Wagon (203,000 miles) since 2006. We have been so pleased with their professional and reliable care, that we recommended Turn Key to our daughter and son-in-law. The Turn Key team has been serving their three family vehicles since 2010.

Having spent over 40 years working in military (US Navy), commercial (Continental Airlines), corporate (Boeing and the Paul Allen Group) aviation, I appreciate and respect the high standards of maintenance provided by Pat and his crew.

Couple those standards with the personal attention given to us and our vehicles has us patronizing Turn Key as loyal and very satisfied customers. We wish them well and continued success!

We have made a donation to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in honor of Gil and Wahneeta.

Jon & Mary D.

Customers since Aug 2008

“We like coming to Turnkey to service our vehicles, and to ensure the maintenance or problems are diagnosed and fixed correctly. I think costs typically run about 30% less than dealers or other shops; even though            maintenance can be expensive at times, there is peace of mind knowing my family is driving a well maintained car.

We trust that Craig and Pat will be honest, operate with integrity, and really depend on return customers like us (and word of mouth). Our Volvo V40 has 175k miles and runs great, and we have been bringing it in to Turnkey since moving to Washington in 2007. We plan to get another 100k miles out of it.

We have two Toyotas, two Volvos and one Mini in the family, so Turnkey provides great service for all of our needs. Thanks Craig!”

We have donated  $50.00 to the Pregnancy Resource Center in Jon and Mary’s name.

Customer of the Month

November 2014

Sonja Canda - Customer since 2007

Sonja gave this reason for being a long time customer of Turn Key Auto Service

"The reason I take my car to Turnkey... What can I say but they are excellent.. When every my car has a problem they are more than gracious to have me stop on in for a quick look... It might just be a easy fix. If not then I make a appt and my car is fixed in a timely matter. The guys there are so helpful and whenever a emergency light goes  on I just call them up and they alleviate my anxiety. They always make me feel safe for next adventures...   "

We have made a donation to St. Jude children's hospital in Sonja's name.
